Register

Author registration policy:

• We require one non-student registration per accepted paper (see Author registration column in the table above).
• At least one author should register for each accepted paper by July 25, 2022 July 31, 2022.
• Each Author Registration can be applied to only one paper.

Early registration policy:

• Early registration is due August 19, 2022. Late registration fee applies on or after August 20, 2022.

Registration cancellation policy:

• Registration can be canceled until August 19, 2022 with a refund of the original registration fee minus a processing fee of € 50.00.
• It requires a written notice by email to the VDE-Conference Services <vde-conferences AT vde.com> (Primary Contact) and the Cluster 2022 Finance Chair <minsi.atwork AT gmail.com>.
• No refund is provided on or after August 20, 2022.

Visa letter:

• If a visa letter is required, please follow the Visa Procedures to apply after your registration.
