Call for Posters ● Cluster 2025
IEEE Cluster 2025 is soliciting submissions from academia, laboratory, and industry professionals to present their latest research findings and work-in-progress in all aspects of cluster, cloud, and grid technologies in the form of posters, which will be included in the conference proceedings. The topics of interest are in the areas of 1) Application, Algorithms, and Libraries, 2) Architecture, Network/Communications, and Management, 3) Programming and System Software, and 4) Data, Storage, and Visualization, as in the Cluster 2025 call for Papers.
Students and young researchers are especially encouraged to submit a poster and present their work in the conference. All submissions will be reviewed by the Posters Program Committee, and the highest-quality student poster will be awarded with the Best Student Poster Award.
Accepted posters will be prominently displayed and presented during a session in the conference. Additionally, posters will be made available on the conference website.
PLEASE NOTE: final posters must be in portrait format, posters in landscape format cannot be displayed.
Submissions
The poster submission consists of:
- A 2-page extended abstract (including references) describing the poster content, and the research ideas in the poster. If accepted, this extended abstract will be published in the proceedings of the conference.
The 2-page extended abstract should be structured similar to a technical paper, and may not exceed two letter sized (8.5" x 11") pages including figures, tables and references using the IEEE format for conference proceedings (PDF, single-spaced, double column, 10pt text).

Important Dates
There will be two submission rounds. The first submission round is mainly for those who want to apply for student travel awards. Because the student travel awards committee may need enough time to arrange their travels, the 1st round deadline is earlier than the general poster deadline in the past IEEE cluster conferences. The second submission round is a general poster submission deadline.

- 1st round Poster submission deadline: June 15, 2025
- 1st round Acceptance Notification: July 4, 2025
- 2nd round Poster submission deadline: July 11, 2025
- 2nd round Acceptance Notification: July 25, 2025
- Camera-ready deadline (both rounds): August 14, 2025
- All deadlines are Anywhere on Earth (AoE)
