The registration fees include the Japanese consumption tax.
(*) If the poster author is a student, they may receive a discount equivalent to "Non-Author Advance/Early” by following procedures outlined in the acceptance notification.
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to ieeecs-reg+CLUSTER@computer.org by 16 August, 11:59 PM AoE. There will be an administrative fee of US$ 55 for canceled registrations. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.
